Out of the“box” and
into the“fire” of change!
In
the Sping of 2000 I was living an ordinary life in a nice, comfortable
"box". Then I received my April issue of Dr. Christiane
Northrup's "Health Wisdom for Women" newsletter. In
this issue she wrote an article entitled "Change Your Handwriting
and Your Life Will Follow." She reported that she read
a manuscript so intriguing "that I not only read
it in one day but also began to follow the instructions in it
to the T--one of the letters in my handwriting that I changed
right away."
I
immediately ordered the book "Your Handwriting Can Change
Your Life" written by Vimala Rodgers. When I read the book
and made handwriting changes, within forty days the walls, ceiling,
and floor of my "box" fell away. Things happened to
me that I never allowed myself to dream could happen. I was
free to create, discover and reveal who I really am. The "fire"
was ignited.
Time
and time again I have seen the same thing happen when my clients
and students practiced their handwriting changes for 40 consecutive
days. New possibilities were acted on, new relationships were
forged, and new strengths were discovered; and these are only
a few of the many exciting changes they attracted to their lives.
|ho
you really are is revealed--and you're great!
Underneath
all those layers of doubt and fear there is a confident fearless
soul. When you change your handwriting using
the Vimala Alphabet,
those attitudes that say "impossible", "can't
happen", and "not me" fade away and are replaced
by attitudes of "why not", "anything is possible",
and "of course me."
Why does this transformation happen when you change your handwriting?
When you change your handwriting using the Vimala
Alphabet, you are physically changing your
brain and making new and dynamic impressions. With your handwriting
practice you are saying to your brain that there is a new
CEO in charge--one who is more loving, decisive,
and forgiving.
Use
the Vimala Alphabet and discover the letters that can reprogram
your brain to show that you:
•
have high self-esteem
•
can hear what is said without interpreting it emotionally
•
live in the present and stay clear of past and future
fears
•
can define your space clearly and create boundaries
•
have an expectation of "yes, this CAN happen"
When
you commit to changing your handwriting using the Vimala Alphabet,
your authentic self is encouraged to emerge—no more disguises,
blame, guilt, resistance or self-sabotage to hold you back.
Give
your word to yourself (and keep it) that you will practice handwriting
changes using the Vimala Alphabet for a minimum of twenty minutes
a day for forty consecutive days. It's one of the best gift
you can give to yourself.

8-9-10
JOY: You are
living in Joy and identify with “8” as your natural state.
You
are living in the Present.
6-7
AH-OH!: You notice something is off.
You are living in the Present but
visiting the Past or the Future.
4-5
STICKY-TRICKY-SITUATION: You are complaining
and whining, and you have a “story”. You
are living in the Past or in the Future but visiting the Present.
1-2-3
QUICKSAND*: Your “story” has you. You
are living in the Past or in the Future. You are
sinking fast, and you feel hopeless. You may need help extricating
yourself: coach, counselor, friend, therapist, spiritual advisor,
music, nature, prayer, work, exercise (yoga, aerobics, tai
chi, etc.), massage, writing, and inspirational reading can
help you make the transition back to “8”.
You
must choose to re-activate your Will to change your
“stinkin thinkin”.
*In
case of emergency: chocolate or shopping can be used as “band
aids” for the situation; they are not recommended as treatment
and are to be used sparingly.
Don't
self-medicate with drugs or alcohol. These substances can
take you to a deeper, darker QUICKSAND state.
